Overview
Bokera is a booking and payment management app for iOS. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data the app uses, where it lives, and what we never do with it.
Data We Collect & Store
All data you create in Bokera — including client names, phone numbers, booking details, payment amounts, and order checklists — is securely stored in the cloud using Supabase, our database provider. This data is scoped to your organisation and is never shared with other users or organisations.
Authentication
Bokera uses Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In for authentication. We do not store passwords. Your sign-in is handled by your chosen provider (Google or Apple) and we only receive a secure token to identify your account.
Subscription & Payments
Bokera uses Apple's in-app purchase system for subscriptions. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive, store, or process your payment card details. For billing questions, please refer to your Apple ID account settings.
Error Reporting
Bokera uses Sentry to collect crash reports and error logs. This helps us identify and fix bugs. Sentry may capture technical metadata such as device type and app version, but does not collect your booking or client data.
Analytics & Tracking
Bokera does not use any advertising networks or behavioral tracking SDKs that profile you. We do not track how you use the app across other apps or websites.
Notifications
If you grant permission, Bokera may send local notifications as reminders for upcoming bookings. These are scheduled entirely on-device and are not routed through external servers.
Data Deletion
To delete all your data, uninstall Bokera from your device. Because everything is stored locally, there is no remote data to request deletion of.
Children's Privacy
Bokera is intended for use by business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this privacy policy, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date. We will never introduce data collection without clear notice.
